In case of cancellations, one must inform beforehand via email. The refund policy will be operational from the date we received that email and all your money will be refunded within the two weeks soon after.
All refunds will be made by cheque for any mode of payment for that matter while refunds for online bookings which were done through our website will take minimum a week or ten working days. Whereas, online refunds for bookings via credit/debit card will take nearly two weeks. Charges apply for card cancellations.
